I have a very simple goal when I work with my 1:1 clients. 

To help you achieve sustainable physical and mental results, that don’t leave you at the first sign of struggle or doubt.

To create synergy between your inner world and physical body so you can feel strong, sexy, confident and proud of what you see in the mirror.

The route I take to getting you there however is where my difference lies. 

I’m not interested in just giving you a training program and some nutrition guidance (we do that still, but it’s the tip of the iceberg) because I know that to go through real change and to experience truly meaningful growth, inside and out, you require more than what the fitness industry standard is. 

And to achieve that, we must look beneath the surface, because this is where you do the work that promotes the sustainability you’re craving.

  • I’ll be helping you create a way of eating that you can seamlessly incorporate in to your life. That means knowing when and how to dial your food in to be very result oriented, and when to pull back a little to enjoy the experiences and events of life. In both instances, we’ll be making it flexible, fun and removing any guilt or fear you may hold around food. 

  • It’s time you felt sexy, confident and proud of what you see in the mirror, and to do that we need to remove the warped perception you hold around your body and change the way you see yourself.

  • This is the standard to which you’ll now live by. It’s a way of life. A way of showing up and a way of thinking that will drastically improve not only your results themselves, but how you live your life. No longer at the mercy of others and in full control of your mind, body and life. 

  • The deeply transformation work that will have you undergoing the death of your old self and the rebirth of the new one. Where you’ll leave behind all that isn’t serving you and CHOOSE what to replace it with. The identity shift needed to normalise your dream body, which is why so many people can never achieve it.

WHAT’S PROVIDED?

Individually Tailored Programming

You’ll be provided with all of your programming for the 16 weeks which will be written specifically for where you’re at, how much time you can give to the gym and what you want to improve on. You’ll then be shown how to best execute it to maximise your time in the gym and provided with form feedback. 

Lifestyle + Goal Focused Nutrition Strategy

You’ll have a nutrition approach created for you that takes in to account your body goal, lifestyle and relationship with food. For some this is specific calories and macros, for others it’s a looser structure to allow for socialising and for others it’s working towards healing their relationship with food and focusing on health first. 

Intimate 1:1 Mentoring Calls

You’ll be taken through 8 mentoring calls specifically designed to challenge you and call you forward. This is where we uncover the cycles that have been keeping you stuck, re-wire your mind so that you can shift the way you see yourself and get to the bottom of WHY you’ve never been able to build and maintain your dream body. This is where the mental, emotional and spiritual work really starts.

Proven Tools + Strategies For Long Term Change

You’ll be shown and given the exact tools and strategies that have helped both myself and countless clients create lasting results. In a nutshell, I’ll show you how to normalise this new you, physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally whilst knowing exactly how to navigate setbacks and down periods so you never go back to square one.

  • Typical training + nutrition coaching is likely more than enough for the right person, however, some people simply need more. Chances are you’ve tried to follow a program and meal plan before and it either hasn’t worked, or it has worked, but you couldn’t maintain the results. 

    So for us to get to the bottom of WHY this happens, we need to be looking within and exploring the mental, emotional and spiritual parts of you to find the blockage. Not only that, but the mentoring that I do transcends just the body, and as you’ll soon realise, opens up a world of possibilities in your relationships, job/career and outlook on life as a whole. 

    This is why we combine your program, nutrition approach and physical body goals, with the inner work, to create the most amount of life changing growth possible.

  • In short, because I’m not interested in quick fixes that leave you back at square one as soon as normal life resumes. The work we do, especially initially, is very challenging and important foundational work.

    It’s also ESSENTIAL for us to achieve the level of sustainable change you crave. So in those first few weeks, whilst you have your program and nutrition that you’re doing as well as you can, it isn’t the focus. 

    My focus is to change the way in which you see yourself and the journey, to let go of what’s been holding you back and help you step in to a sustainable way of doing things.

    These 16 weeks are the launchpad for lifelong change, so we need to make sure we’re ticking all the boxes necessary to do so.

  • Because quite simply, we are MORE than just a body.

    We are made up of a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body that all intertwine and work together to produce who we are, how we think, what we look like and what we create in our world.

    For a lot of people, the things holding them back are often found in their internal world, which is why when we work together, we make sure we undergo a complete transformation internally, so you can create and build the best possible body externally.

    When we put all of this together, we create a version of you who becomes truly unstoppable in every area of life.

  • The Sign Up Process

    • Once you fill out the application below, I’ll send you a message to organise a phone call. This call is essential for me to get to know you and your situation better. We'll discuss where you're at, where you want to go, what's holding you back, as well as pricing and any other questions about the coaching. I don't allow anyone to work with me in this capacity without this call. Allow up to 90 minutes.

    • Once you decide to go ahead, we’ll take care of the payment (either paying upfront or setting up the direct debit) and then I’ll send you:

    • We’ll then book in your first mentoring call.

    Program Overview Video

    • You'll receive a video going through your training program, nutrition strategy, check in process and everything else you need to know about the physical transformation side of out coaching.

    Week 1-16

    • We have 8 x 1:1 mentoring zoom calls across the first 8 weeks, to go through all of the inner world content. These calls are the biggest difference between Premium Mentoring and Training + Nutrition Coaching. This is where the REAL transformation happens, so get ready. Allow up to 2 hours for these calls.

    • You’ll go about your training, dial in your nutrition and start working towards that dream body.

    • You’ll check in every Sunday night, for my feedback on a Monday, where I’ll make any changes that need to be made to ensure continued progress.

    • You’ll be encouraged to record your exercises initially, so I can give you you feedback and make sure you’re executing them as well as possible.

    • The second half of the coaching period (8 weeks) will then be predominately about taking what we've worked through internally, to then go hard at the physical transformation. We have calls as needed.

    Conclusion of 16 Weeks

    • At the end of the initial 16 weeks, you’ll be given an option to continue on working with me, or if you feel like you’re good on your own, we’ll have a final phone call to reflect and close the coaching period.
