HOW THE COACHING PROCESS WORKS

The Sign Up Process

  • Once you fill out the application below, I’ll send you a message to open a conversation so I can get to know you better and find out exactly where you’re at (to make sure I can help you). If you have questions or need to chat further, we will organise a phone call. 

  • Once you decide to go ahead, we’ll take care of the payment (either paying upfront or setting up the direct debit) and then I’ll send you:

    • Terms and Conditions

    • New Client Info Form 

    • Trainerize Login

    • Access to Video Library

  • We’ll then book in your onboarding call.

Onboarding Call

  • This will be a Zoom call, where I’ll take you through your training program, nutrition strategy, how the app works and anything else we need to discuss so you’re 110% clear and ready to get started! I want you understanding and knowing why we do everything, so you can learn as much as possible in our time together, as well as get epic results. This is an educational period for you as much as it is a coaching one. 

Week 1-16

  • From there, you’ll go about your training, dial in your nutrition and start working towards that dream body. 

  • You’ll check in every Sunday night, for my feedback on a Monday, where I’ll make any changes that need to be made to ensure continued progress.  

  • You’ll be encouraged to record your exercises initially, so I can give you you feedback and make sure you’re executing them as well as possible. 

  • The inner world video library will be there to be used at your own pace, but you’ll be encouraged to set aside time to consume the content and apply it as you go. 

Conclusion of 16 Weeks

  • At the end of the initial 16 weeks, you’ll be given an option to continue on working with me, or if you feel like you’re good on your own, we’ll have a final phone call to reflect and close the coaching period. 

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

  • Specifically written for you and your goals, to allow for as much strength progression and progress in the gym as possible.

  • A tailored nutrition approach (calories and macros) specific to your goals, lifestyle and taking in to account your relationship with food to ensure progress without obsession.

  • You’ll go through an in depth check in process to ensure we make the right adjustments, celebrate your wins, answer questions and address anything that might be holding you back. You’ll also be able to send me training videos for video feedback to make sure you’re nailing your form week after week. 

  • Just because you aren’t doing 1:1 Premium Mentoring, doesn’t mean you can’t benefit from the inner world/personal development content that I teach. This will help you build even more confidence, understand yourself at a deeper level and unlock parts of you that you never knew existed.

  • Unlike most coaches, I’m not going to lie to you and claim I give 24/7 support, because I don’t. I’m not your babysitter. But you will be able to contact me personally throughout the week to ask questions or have conversations where needed, to propel your progress.
